Term 2 Inquiry

This term has started well. I am particularly impressed with how our inquiry and PE is going this term. We have made a real effort to timetable this in weekly. The kids have been really engaged in the regional topic with a current focus on the mountains. The students love discussing the story and were really interested in the relationships of the mountains. They have written about it and created some collaborative art. They know the names of the 4 local mountains in te reo. We will move onto looking at some of the other regional things, e.g. tokaanu pools, rail carts
PE is every Friday and run by Mrs Rennie.
